Black Dog LED Return Policy
You will get a 5-year warranty when you buy any Black Dog light. Black Dog will incur all maintenance expenses in the first 3 years.
At 3 to 5 years, they're going to pay for the pieces, but not the labor. After 5 years, the machine can only be fixed if the parts are usable and the customer has to bear all costs associated with the repair.
In addition, the customer must pay to return the machine for repairs. Black Dog is going to pay to return it to the client, but only up to $50. The customer shall pay any expense in excess of $50.
Black Dog LED Warranty
Black Dog LED offers a full 90-day money-back guarantee which is valid for one light per customer. You will have to pay delivery costs to get the light back, as well as a 15 percent restocking fee.
