IntelliDose has set industry standards for auto dosing! IntelliDose doses up to a 9-part mix (nutrients, additives, pH-adjusters), retaining your preset PPM/EC and pH settings.

Really easy to use!
The big, interactive screen allows you to switch easily between calibration, setpoints, alarms, and configuration. If you can program a number to a mobile phone, you can program your IntelliDose.
Peristaltic pumps
These pumps are a better long-term investment than solenoid valves, as they allow the nutrient solution to be located at ground level with less risk of leakage and spillage. Solenoids, although less costly, can be more time-consuming to use as they are gravitationally fed requiring solutions to be raised 5 feet above the tank.
Often, by using peristaltic pumps, you can place the buckets of the solution on the field making a much greater quantity of pre-mixed solutions at one time. This also eliminates the risk of leaks and spills. Maintenance of peristaltic pumps is limited. (Sold Seperately)
Run up to four stations of irrigation!
IntelliDose will operate up to four irrigation stations as well. This allows various areas of your growing space to be irrigated on different schedules from one reservoir, or to have one pump feed at different times at each station.
You may also opt to set up your device to only irrigate during the day to ensure that you do not drink water at night.
Link to a PC for Easy Controlling!
The IntelliDose has the potential to be linked to a PC, but this is not necessary. Growers should decide their own degree of privacy. If you don't want your controller to be online or wired to a PC, it doesn't have to be.
If you want the advantages of data logging and scheduling, you need a PC, but it doesn't have to be online. If you want remote access and alarms, simply connecting your PC to the internet will give you this choice... choose your own level of comfort!

Access from the beach (or your sofa!)!
With IntelliGrow software enabled, there are several different choices for remote access to your IntelliDose. You can log in and make adjustments to the program, check your setpoints, activate or disable the pumps, etc.
Through a Twilio account or your email accounts, you can have text or email from the IntelliGrow app if the environment is beyond your perimeter. Or forget about the apps and just sign up for IntelliGrow and get access to all the features of the free app!

In order to have a full pH & TDS/EC dosing device, you need to buy either a single peristaltic pump or a triple peristaltic pump (you would need one pump for each component you want to take a dose). You would also need to "tee" off your current water pump or buy at least a 200 gph pump to run the sample pot loop.

FAQs for Autogrow Intellidose
1- Why is the Sample Pot recommended for Intellidose?
We recommend the sample pot hold the EC and pH probes, as it keeps them safely secured to the wall, not hanging in a reservoir where they could be pulled out in error. Also, the pH probes do not last as long-submerged completely in water.
2- How far does the Intellidose need to be from the reservoir?
The EC and pH probes have 5m cables. The placement of the sample pot and the IntelliDose is up to the grower and their specific farm.
3- Why use the sample pot instead of the reservoir?
The sample pot is recommended to hold the EC and pH probes instead of the reservoir because it keeps them safely secured to the wall, and not hanging in a reservoir where they could be pulled out in error. Also, the pH probes do not last as long-submerged completely in water.
4- Can it log in to PPM and EC? if yes can it show on the screen?
The system will read the EC, but it can be displayed as EC, CF or TDS 500/640/700 PPM. It will only display in one at a time.
5- What's the length of the sensor’s cable?
The length of the sensor’s cable is 5m.
6- Why would you want to set a different EC for day and night?
If you were growing leafy greens in a greenhouse, you may want to lower the EC for the peak of the heat/sun. The plants will be transpiring faster and could show tip burn.
7- Is the twin relay box separate or together?
This is a separate purchase. If you want to connect it to the IntelliDose to plug in an irrigation pump.
8 - Are the relay box outlets controlled separately?
Yes, you could run two separate irrigation pumps on two separate irrigation timers from one IntelliDose and one Twin Relay box (Sold Separately).

Autogrow will repair or, at its option, replace without cost to you any Part which is found to be defective within TWO YEARS from the date of purchase.

We understand that there may be instances where a return, refund, or cancellation is necessary. Returns:
Eligibility and Timeframe: Every product purchased at HealthySprout is eligible for a 30-day return policy, unless otherwise noted. If you receive a faulty item, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt. Returns for non-defective printers and accessories are subject to a restocking fee between 15% to 25% , depending on the brand or manufacturer's terms. Please note that a product can only be deemed defective by HealthySprout Technical Support or the manufacturer directly.Some brands do not have return policy
Process: To initiate a return, you need to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our support team. Please send an email to info@healthy-sprout.com to request the RMA. In your email, kindly include the following information to ensure a smooth processing of your request:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- Reasons for the return
When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that the returned item is received by HealthySprout before a replacement is shipped out. Once we receive the RMA at our facility, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it's a faulty product.
Item Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Faulty or Defective Items: In the rare case of receiving a faulty product or an item with manufacturing defects, you are entitled to request a product replacement within 60 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, please provide photo/video evidence of the defects via email at info@healthy-sprout.com. Once the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related costs to deliver a replacement.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days. Alternatively, the refund may be issued in the form of an electronic gift card of equivalent value.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your bank balance again, as transactions may have been delayed.
- Contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund, as they may take up to 3-5 business days to process the credit.
- Contact your bank and inquire about the processing time for posted refunds.

Replacements: We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@healthy-sprout.com.
Warranty: If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately with a picture of the packaging of your order, the faulty item, and your order confirmation number within 3 days of receiving your parcel. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. To be accepted, all returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Items that have come into contact with any food product cannot be returned. Products damaged due to customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted. Original shipping charges and return delivery charges will not be refunded. Special orders cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email regarding your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.
What is NOT Covered by Warranty: Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Improper usage, storage, or handling of the item.
- Using the item in a way that it was not designed for.
- Damage caused by impact, shock, sand/dust/dirt, dampness, leaking batteries, fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, corrosion, frost, flooding, earthquakes, lightning, or other adverse weather conditions.
