HealthySprout is committed to your satisfaction. We supply genuine, professionally sourced precision horticultural monitoring equipment and stand behind every order we fulfill.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original unopened packaging
- Free from signs of installation, calibration, or use
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or calibrated
- Consumable items including calibration and storage solutions once opened
- Replacement probes or sensors removed from original packaging
- Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage conditions

Defective or Faulty Products

If your product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@healthy-sprout.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the defect where applicable

We will assess your case and assist you through the applicable manufacturer warranty process. Depending on the manufacturer's assessment, resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold through HealthySprout include applicable manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product - please refer to the documentation included with your purchase or contact us for assistance.

We act as your point of contact for all warranty-related inquiries and will support you through the process as efficiently as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healthy-sprout.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund depending on the nature of the damage.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@healthy-sprout.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
3. If approved, package your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

Do not ship items back without first receiving written return authorization from our team.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. If your order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy applies. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at support@healthy-sprout.com or (844) 559-9888.
