HealthySprout ships all orders free of charge across the contiguous United States. We take care to ensure your precision monitoring equipment arrives safely, properly packaged, and ready for use.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and dispatch preparation. During periods of elevated demand, processing times may extend slightly.

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next available business day. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically arrives within 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the contiguous United States.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier scheduling, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any known delays as promptly as possible.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on order size, weight, destination, and equipment handling requirements to ensure safe delivery of your instruments.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@healthy-sprout.com.

P.O. Box Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healthy-sprout.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Geographic Coverage

HealthySprout currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally at this time.

HealthySprout is an authorized reseller, supplying genuine products sourced through authorized distribution channels. All eligible products include applicable manufacturer warranty support.
