Shipping and Delivery policy
At HealthySprout, our aim is to provide you with the best shipping options regardless of your location. We deliver to customers worldwide, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness at all times. We strive to make the delivery process as straightforward as possible, offering shipment to either your home or workplace. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel motels.
Delivery Time Frame
Processing Time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. After placing an order, it will be sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours. The warehouse and post office will process the order, which typically takes an additional 2–4 business days.
Shipping Time: This refers to the transit time from our warehouse to the final destination. Generally, domestic delivery is completed within approximately 5 business days. Once the order is processed and leaves our warehouse, it usually arrives at the destination within 3 to 5 business days. However, please note that delivery times may occasionally exceed this range due to unforeseen logistical delays or customs processing. International delivery may require a slightly longer timeframe, influenced by the lead time of the product.
Tracking information will be available within 1-3 days after placing an order. If you receive a tracking number that is not yet active, please wait for 24 hours before contacting us, as it takes time for the system to update. Thank you for your patience.
As we work with various freight companies, we will carefully arrange your order with tracking information. You will receive an email notification that includes the tracking link, allowing you to conveniently monitor the progress of your shipment. Rest assured, you will continue to receive updates whenever there is a change in the status of your order. Our goal is to keep you well-informed throughout the shipping process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Inaccurate or Wrong Address
It is essential to provide HealthySprout with complete and accurate shipping addresses. Once a package has left our warehouse, we cannot modify the shipping address. HealthySprout will not be held responsible for any packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Packages marked as "Delivered" by courier companies are considered delivered. HealthySprout cannot be held liable for non-delivery in such cases.
Unsuccessful Delivery and Incorrect Items
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery for any reason, and if the package was sent to the correct address provided by the customer, HealthySprout cannot be held accountable if the package is returned to our warehouse. The order placed by the customer on our website will be precisely what HealthySprout ships. If a customer receives an incorrect item due to an error in their order, we cannot accept liability.
