HealthySprout LLC is a US-based authorized reseller of precision horticultural monitoring equipment operating from Claymont, Delaware. We supply genuine products sourced through authorized distribution channels to hydroponic growers, indoor farming operations, greenhouse operators, and horticulture facilities across the United States.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are authorized to make purchases using the payment method provided
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are 18 years of age or older

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

Full payment is required before order processing. We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. All product information is sourced from official manufacturer documentation.

In the event of a material error we will contact you before processing your order and offer the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered via standard carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. HealthySprout is not liable for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

All returns are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Returns must be authorized by our team before shipping. All products include applicable manufacturer warranty. HealthySprout acts as your point of contact for all warranty and defective product inquiries.

All products sold by HealthySprout are intended for use in legal horticultural and agricultural applications. Buyers are responsible for ensuring products are used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, applicable regulations, and local laws.

HealthySprout makes no representations or warranties regarding specific growing outcomes, yields, or results. Growing results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthySprout LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products, or delays in fulfillment beyond our direct control.

Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

HealthySprout shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturer discontinuation, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or natural disasters. In such cases we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative solution where possible.

All content on healthy-sprout.com including text, design, and branding is the property of HealthySprout LLC. Third-party product names, trademarks, and imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our content is prohibited.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@healthy-sprout.com to resolve any concerns informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware in accordance with applicable law.
