The Trimpro Rotor XL Trimmer will trim between 20 and 25 lbs. Wet plant material per hour. The Trimpro Rotor XL Workstation Trimming Machine allows you to quickly trim your plant material without creating a mess, collecting any excess plant material in a bag for your trim to be disposed of or reused.
The TRIMPRO ROTOR XL is designed to set new standards—not just for quicker, gentler, more efficient harvesting, but also for an unbeatable value!
Even the largest harvests now have our special soft touch, as the new TRIMPRO ROTOR XL brings the quiet performance of our class-leading Rotor model to high-volume producers who prefer the rack drying technique.
The 6 rotating arms of the TrimPro Rotor XL support 24 high-quality, stick-resistant leather fingers, designed to gently shift flowers around the non-stick grate, allowing tempered steel blades underneath to carefully and efficiently trim the leaves.
Trimpro Rotor XL trimming machine control is optimized with independently variable finger and blade speeds and adjustable height control for both the finger support arms and the cutting head.
The transparent, hinged, drum-cover further improves power, increasing visibility to reduce the need for 'second-pass' processing. With secondary material falling firmly into the revamped catch-bag framework of the workstation, touch-less extraction completes the process, with flowers coming out easily through the gate of the device, once unlatched.

FAQs of Trimpro Rotor XL
How am I supposed to clean my Trimpro machine?
Using a plastic scraper to collect the build-up of the pollen. Do not use a metal scraper to scratch the coating on the grate and blade. Using a rubbing alcohol cloth to finish washing.
How am I supposed to clean my Trimpro Bag?
Soak the bag in warm water and rub it off. You may also soak it in rubbing alcohol for a short time, wipe the excess off, and simply move it through some running water to finish cleaning.
How am I going to change the height of my Trimpro blade?
For each computer, instructions for changing the height of the blade can be found on their respective instruction sheet.
How often do I need to Sharpen My Blade?
Trimpro blades are made of tempered steel, which makes them very durable and gives them a long life. It is essential for the quality of your manicure to keep it sharp. The manufacturer suggests that they be sharpened every 6 months to one year (highly depending on usage).
How am I going to Sharpen My Trimpro Blade?
The blade shaving on Trimpro trimmers is a simple operation. The most critical aspect of the operation is that you do not separate the blade from the hub to which it is connected! The tempered steel blades are balanced on the aluminum core, allowing the trimmers to work optimally. If the blade is removed from the hub, there is no guarantee that the assembly will be balanced when you bring it back into the system. For each unit, the Sharpening Instructions can be found on their respective instructions board.
How am I going to adjust the amount of air suction on my Trimpro machine?
You can bend the flaps upwards on each computer (except the rotor) to reduce their angle. This results in less air movement, thereby lowering the amount of suction. You can bend the flaps down to increase their angle. This results in more air displacement, thus increasing the amount of suction.
* CAUTION: When you bend the flaps down, make sure that the flaps do not touch the metal wire brake line.
